Accomodation and Transports > HotelsThe Université Saint-Louis offers you the possibility to book your accommodation in three hotels located at a maximum of 5-10 minutes walking distance from the conference venue, offering comfort and quality services as well as access conditions adapted to people with reduced mobility. Prices have been negotiated for the dates of the event. Reservations and payments will be handled individually by each participant who will be required to pay any cancellation fees (please check hotel specific cancellation policy - on booking links below).

Breakfast and wifi included in the price of the room. The "Classic" rooms can be occupied by a single person or a couple. One of the "Classic" rooms is adapted for a person with reduced mobility but for an individual occupancy. The three Superior rooms are studio rooms suitable for disabled guests and can accommodate up to 2 additional guests (add €20 per guest for breakfast). The 3 nhow Rooms Atelier are three rooms adapted for people with reduced mobility (double for double use, for reduced mobility and communicating) which can accommodate up to two accompanying persons.
