Parking is available in the "Parking du passage 44" located near the conference venue.

Entry and exit to the car park can be from Rue de l'Ommegang 16 (a few metres from the entrance to the conference building, on the same pavement) or Boulevard du Jardin Botanique 44.

The car park has a total of 6 spaces for PRMs on first floor (+1) when entering from the rue de l'Ommegang (signage provided for PRMs).

There is currently a preferential rate system negotiated with the Université Saint-Louis Bruxelles corresponding to 2 euros for 4 hours of parking (day and night), with the possibility of parking for several days. Conference participants can benefit from this by following the steps below:

1/ Collect and keep the ticket issued on entering the car park

2/ Before leaving the conference site to return to the car park and leave it permanently, insert the ticket in the blue terminal "terminal parking 44" located on the ground floor of the Ommegang building where the conference will take place (see map of the site by clicking on the "Accessibility" tab in the drop-down menu of the event site). This blue terminal will print a barcode on the ticket before returning it to you.

3/ Once in the car park, insert the ticket in the automatic payment machine: the preferential rate will be applied.
